HS Dental adds two staff members

Hot Springs Dental Group has grown again! The office just incorporated a new dentist, Dr. Chad Matone, and a new hygienist, Jessie Woerpel. They both started this summer and are taking new patients.

Matone is a native of Deactur, Ill., and attended UCA in Conway before going on to pursue his dental degree at the University of Tennessee.

After graduation, he went to work for North Hills Dental in North Little Rock. When he, his wife Lacy, and family decided to make the move to the Spa City, he looked up his dental school colleague, Nick Van Bebber.

While dental students together, Matone and Van Bebber had become friends which made the transition to Hot Springs easier. He is currently working Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and getting acquainted with various civic groups in the city. "Drs. Stuart Fleischner and Richard Van Bebber are excited about having a new partner and hopes their old and new patients will be pleased too," according to the release.

Woerpel, is a hometown girl. Daughter of Todd and Jerryleen Woerpel, she "grew up seeing Drs. Fleischner and Van Bebbers and the office staff take great pride in thinking that they are the reason she went to hygiene school!" She is a Lake Hamilton graduate who went on to University of Central Arkansas for her undergraduate work.

In May, she graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith with her degree in dental hygiene.

Fleischner, Van Bebber and Matone are accepting new patients.

They are providers on Delta Dental of Arkansas, Met-Life, BC/BS, Aetna, and Cigna, along with accepting most other insurances. The office is open Monday-Friday and may be contacted at 501-624-3323 or by email at hotspringsdental@sbcglobal.
