Dear editor:
We recently mailed checks totaling $104.63 to the Ronald McDonald House in Little Rock; $92.04 came from the nice folks at TRG Recycling and $12.59 was found with the tabs. The symbol "$$" next to a name/organization indicates money was found with their tab collection.
Tabs were donated by Eugenia Simpson, VFW Post 2278 ($$), Norita ($$), Nancy Veenis, Hideaway Lounge, Lakeside Primary School, Hartley Jones, Barr Memorial Presbyterian Church, Brigette Dunn, Lake Hamilton Elementary School and staff/students Dorian Kohen in Mrs. Gibson's class, Ty Robinson in Mrs. Carr's class, Sage in Mrs. Elkin's class, Mrs. Miller's class and Col. Donald Johnson.
Tabs also came from Tommy Naven ($$), Bill Hamilton, Nelie Harmon, Sandra Boyette, Murphy's Deli, Water-n-Hole, Terry Martin's Lounge, Wagon Wheel (Sheila), Shady Haven ($$) and Joe P. (the renowned all-points collector).
We received tabs from Hot Springs Emblem Club 194 ($$), Loyal Ladies EHC, Vanessa Gibson, The Ritz, Oaklawn Park, Kohen Manley (1,044 tabs), Boss Hogs, Miller, the Pruetts, Mike's Salon and Rory.
