Emergency personnel carry April Palmer, 21, of Hot Springs, to a waiting LifeNet ambulance Monday morning after her 2001 Chevrolet S-10 pickup ran off the road around 9 a.m. and overturned on the west end of the King Expressway near the junction of Albert Pike Road, ejecting her. Hot Springs police Sgt. Kenny Kizer said a motorist behind Palmer stated she left the roadway to the right and was unable to regain control. Kizer said no charges were filed.
