Trailing 5-1 after Tate's two-run single in the fourth, the Rams scored twice in the seventh on Remi Bilodeau's double and Spencer Vicentic's groundout. Melugin went 2-for-3.

The Eagles had five hits. They had none in the first, benefiting from four walks.

Lakeside completed pool play late Sunday against one of three Benton teams in the field. They travel to Morrilton Tuesday for a doubleheader.
