The Hot Springs Historic District Commission will hold a special public hearing at 8:30 a.m. Thursday in City Hall, 133 Convention Blvd.
The hearing will be to consider a certificate of appropriateness request for The Silver Coconut, 218 Central Ave., for installation of new business identification signage on the storefront.
