Butch Culbreath, of Hot Springs, reeled in a $500 largemouth bass from his boat Wednesday night on Lake Hamilton. He said he almost threw the prize fish back before seeing its Hot Springs Fishing Challenge tag. Culbreath said he and his son are excited about the Forrest Wood Cup coming back to Hot Springs Aug. 20-23, adding that he will miss his first day of classes at the University of Arkansas at Monticello for it.
