Amber Miles, a skilled mortgage loan processor, has assumed the position of secondary market processor for Citizens Bank in Hot Springs, according to David Wooldridge, market president.
"Amber has the professionalism and personality to help us provide the level of service that our customers want and deserve," Wooldridge said in the release. "In mortgage lending, as with all of our services, our goal is for Citizens Bank to be the area's first choice for hometown banking needs."
Miles graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor's degree in business administration. She has has been a computer programmer, licensed insurance agent and worked for Eldercare Insurance Services. Her diverse business background is helping Citizens Bank expand its presence in Hot Springs. In her personal time, Miles enjoys lake-related activities, including boating, camping and fishing.
Citizens Bank branches in Hot Springs are located at 4429 Central Ave. and 150 Airport Road. The Mortgage Lending Division is based at the Central Avenue location.
