Submitted photo The Lake Hamilton School District and Superintendent Steve Anderson, back, second from right, welcomed six Japanese students, a teacher and a translator Nov. 4 for a visit through the Visit Hot Springs Sister City Program. The group from Hanamaki, Japan, was welcomed by administrators and central office staff at the administration building. They gave a presentation to the staff and were crowned "honorary Lake Hamilton Wolves" by Anderson. Each received a Lake Hamilton shirt and cap. The students spent the remainder of the day visiting classrooms throughout the district.
