Cowboy Church moving until Nov. 8

Cowboy Church will move to the big top tent at 3854 Airport Road until Nov. 8. to allow the congregation to enjoy the fall weather. Service times will still be at 10:30 a.m. on Sundays led by Pastor Harvey Perdue. For more information, call 760-6747.

47th Homecoming at Hammond MBC

Hammond Missionary Baptist Church, 232 Jetson Loop, off Highway 270, will celebrate its 47th Homecoming at 10 a.m. Sunday. Messengers of Song, Doug and Teresa Higginbotham, the church singers and piano player Brother Tony Humphrey will provide music. Humphrey also serves as pastor. Potluck lunch will be served. Hartley Family to perform at Charity Heights Baptist

St. Thomas Capel Baptist to present jubilee

St. Thomas Chapel Baptist, 347 Grove St., will present their fifth annual Musical Jubilee at 6:30 p.m. today. Guest will include The Hot Springs Local Singers, H.D. Smith, of Hot Springs, Deacon A.J. Hill, of Madison, as well as other singers from the surrounding area. The featured guest will be The Gospel Writers, of Jonesboro. All are welcome.

St. Mark Baptist to celebrate pastor, first lady

St. Mark Baptist Church, 542 Crescent Ave., will hold its 18th Appreciation Service for Pastor Donald and first lady Kathy Crossley starting at 6 p.m. today with a pre-anniversary musical. Various groups will perform. At 3 p.m. Sunday, the Rev. Orlando Freeman and Mount Zion Baptist Church, of Malvern, will be the guests. The theme will be "Giving Our Pastor Double Honor for His Labor in the Word." All are welcome.

Explore Prophecy seminar continues

The Seventh-day Adventist Church, 401 Weston Road, will continue its Explore Prophecy seminar at 7 p.m. nightly. The topic will be "Discovered: The World's Greatest Cover Up" today, "How To Increase Happiness in Marriage" Sunday, "Where Are Our Beloved Dead?" Tuesday, "The Truth About Hell!" Wednesday, "The Seal of God" Friday and "How To Erase Your Past Mistakes Forever" Saturday. Admission is free.
