Submitted photo Chris Caldwell, 18, a member of Boy Scout Troop 1 at First Presbyterian Church, recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout. His final project involved the building and placement of 12 signs for future Garland County Habitat for Humanity homes.
Caldwell is the son of John and Robyn Caldwell. He will attend Louisiana Tech University, majoring in mechanical engineering.
