Hot Springs Village author John Achor recently donated a copy of his most recently published novel to the Garland County Library, featuring amateur sleuth Casey Fremont in the second of his Fremont mystery series with "Three, Four -- Kill Some More."

In the story, Fremont's ex-husband, Jarvis the Rat, is two months behind with alimony payments, so she asks TruTemp Agency to find a job for her -- this time with a legal firm. As the new job begins and Fremont's life with her two roommates and detective boyfriend continues, postcards with cryptic messages begin arriving in her mailbox.

The main character believes these messages relate to a series of murders occurring in the state capital, Little Rock. Needing to decipher them to prevent further deaths, Fremont has to both battle her stalker, the mysterious and deadly "Romeo," and convince the police they are on the wrong trail.

Both "Three, Four -- Kill Some More" and "One, Two -- Kill a Few" are available in print and digital download online from Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
