Dear editor:
When I read the letter from Pat Darnell declaring that liberals are "brain damaged," I had more than one reaction. First, I felt attacked and defensive as I lean liberal (although I do have some conservative beliefs). Secondly, I was angry that someone could declare something so offensive, offering as proof nothing more than reading a report based on opinions. Finally, I felt sympathy for someone who is so closed minded, angry and so set in her beliefs that you must be "brain damaged" if you do not believe as she does.
As far as her list of things that Donald Trump did not do, she might as well have added, he did not kill JFK, he did not cause the Zika virus, he did not use steroids (you get the idea). What is important is what he will do as president. I, for one, do not want to find out.
