Poetry in return

Dear editor:

The Thanksgiving Day poem "The Suicide Soliloquy" threw me. I guess I'm dense.

Dec. 1, 2016, I don't get mad real easy, but we just lost another cop! Mr. Obama, open your mouth and tell these creeps to stop!

Liberals are crying, did you want more of the same? Burning our flag, breaking laws, all in freedom's name?

I just heard a stupid woman say, "Men died for people's rights to burn our flag (though she loves it)." She made me want to fight!

What's happened to our country, when Americans respected "Old Glory?" Don't tell me men died so you could burn her, I don't buy that dumb story!

When Barack Hussein Obama took office, he said "I'll use my pen." So make it a crime to burn our flag, never to happen again!

People say the good old days weren't really all that good. True, we've had improvements, but on solid ground we stood.

Kids are being taught today, doesn't matter what you do. If you don't feel like working, Uncle Sam will take care of you.

We're teaching them that people who worked hard and made some money are bad, and they owe you, and we'll see you get it "Honey."

If Donald lied under oath, got Americans killed, put our secrets on the front page, Republicans would have never allowed him on that stage!

I hear you saying "He was a bad boy." (Democrat) We sure heard it from "Hill." What was she thinking? We all remember Bill.

God bless America. America, bless God.
