Local attorney Byron Cole Rhodes, right, recently awarded a Garland County Youth Award to Jamie Loe on behalf of the Byron Cole Rhodes Family Foundation. Other recipients this year included Carlie Dodd and Katelynn Wheeler. The awards are given annually to youth who exemplify "why Garland County is a great place to live." Loe is the daughter of Larry and Nancy Loe, of Hot Springs.
