The Hot Springs Planning Commission will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday in City Hall, 133 Convention Blvd.
The consent agenda will include the following:
• Article II site plan review for new construction of a restaurant and retail stores at 2744-2746 Albert Pike Road.
• Request for additional panel on existing free-standing sign at 4262 Central Ave.
• Preliminary subdivision and development plan review for a proposed five-lot commercial subdivision to be located at the intersection of Carpenter Dam Road, Malvern Avenue and Piper Street.
Old business will include a conditional use permit request to operate a small-scale auto mechanic business from a C-TR zoned property at 512 Stover St.
New business will include a mobile welding business at 120 Clearview Loop with a 20-by-20-foot shop in the backyard used for storage of welding equipment. No customers will be at the location and no parking is required.
