Central Avenue Market Place is certainly a different shopping experience than anywhere else in Hot Springs. Since relocating the business to Temperance Hill Square from Central City Shopping Center on Friday, July 1, comments from shoppers are that the store is "so bright," "beautiful" and "it is so easy to find everything."
The new partners include Shelley Megee, Reagen Megee, Paul Wineland, Linda Talbert and Vanessa Trammel. Reagen Megee said in the press release, "We were looking for a lot of space and boy did we find it. We were able to combine seven suites in a prime location." You can enjoy shopping in 24,000 square feet of comfort where you'll find individual shopping spaces rented by many of the vendors from the original location and new ones also."
