Arbonne International announced that Hot Springs resident Brenda Fouts has been promoted to area manager within the organization. Fouts, a retired Realtor and grandmother, began her career with Arbonne in November 2014, and was introduced and sponsored to the company and the products by her daughter-in-law, Laura Lockwood, a registered dietitian and nutritionist.
