HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE -- As the terms of three members end on Dec. 31, there will be three vacancies on the Hot Springs Village Townhouse Association's board of directors for the upcoming term of Jan. 1, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2019.
Any HSVTHA member in good standing may run for an open position on the board of directors. A member in good standing is defined as a person whose association dues are current.
Any owner of a town house in any of the 16 HSVTHA courts automatically becomes a member of the association.
Applications are now available in the Townhouse Association office, 1 Perralena Lane in Valencia Courts. They can be picked up from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays. Additionally, they can be printed from the website http://www.hsvtha.com.
Completed applications, including a resume and photograph, are due by noon on Aug. 26.
If a ballot is required, it will be mailed out on Oct. 11, and must be returned by Nov. 17 to be counted on Nov. 18.
The new board members will be seated at the regular, voting board of directors meeting at 9:30 a.m. Dec. 9.
