Living Waters COGIC to hold revival

Roanoke Baptist to hold pre-VBS cookout
Roanoke Baptist Church, 315 Whittington Ave., will have a pre-Vacation Bible School cookout 6-8 p.m. Wednesday. Vacation Bible School will be 8:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 25. Continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, art, music and prizes will be provided. The theme will be "Joy in Jesus." All are welcome.
Cedar Glades Baptist to hold VBS
Cedar Glades Baptist Church, 303 Gum Springs Road, Mountain Pine, will hold Vacation Bible School from 8:30 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday. The theme is "Submerged: Diving Deep." Classes for ages 3 through sixth grade. Must be potty trained. Van available daily. For information, call 760-4988.
Don Wharton in concert at First Lutheran
Christian singer, songwriter, author, humorist and plane crash survivor Don Wharton will be in concert at 6 p.m. Sunday at First Lutheran Church, 105 Village Road.
Wharton has performed across the country for 36 years, sharing his music, humor and testimony. In 1993, Wharton was one of seven people who survived a twin-engine private plane crash into the Bering Sea off the coast of Alaska. All are welcome.
