LITTLE ROCK -- Chef Shuttle, in partnership with Little Rock startup RaftUp, a new iPhone application, is hitting the water for the Fourth of July weekend to deliver orders to customers straight to their boats or Gregg Orr Marine from July 2-4.
"We don't want you to miss out on any time on the lake," Ryan Herget, president and CEO of Chef Shuttle, said in a news release. "Through our new partnership with RaftUp and Gregg Orr, you won't ever have to leave the water. We'll deliver your food straight to the marina or your boat."
Before the weekend, Chef Shuttle customers will receive an email with a 30-day RaftUp download code and instructions detailing the lake delivery process. Customers may also sign up at http://www.raftup.com/chefshuttle. After it is downloaded, customers will automatically be friended by Chef Shuttle on the application. Next, the customer should go to the "Lake Hamilton" button on http://www.chefshuttle.com to select their delivery date and time, choose their menu items and check out with their credit or debit cards.
All lake deliveries will automatically default to driver drop-offs at Gregg Orr Marine, 4903 Central Ave. in Hot Springs. If customers want boat delivery, they will be asked to follow up with a text to the Chef Shuttle RaftUp contact number confirming the items. Chef Shuttle will then use RaftUp's location services to deliver the order. Ordering will be available between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Restaurants available for delivery will include Asian Café, Bleu Monkey Grill, Brick House Grill, Chick-fil-A, Cici's Pizza, Crazy Samurai, Debra's Restaurant, Doc's Pizzeria, Fat Bottomed Girls Cupcake Shoppe, Fat Jacks, Firehouse Subs, Jahna's Restaurant, La Hacienda, On The Border, Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza, Park Avenue Bistro, Purple Cow, Rod's Pizza Cellar, Rolando's, Rolling Pit BBQ, Salsa's, Sam's Southern Eatery, Sam's Pizza Pub, San Francisco Bread Co., Shady Corner Café, Stubby's Bar B Que, Taste of India, The Dugout Grill & Chill, Tosha Kitchen and Trejo's Mexican Restaurant.
Chef Shuttle delivers customers' favorite food from their favorite restaurants straight to their homes or offices. Founded in 2014 with the mission of developing the necessary infrastructure to deliver a variety of products in a timely manner, Chef Shuttle has expanded to 35 cities across central Arkansas, northwest Arkansas and Memphis. It has partnered with more than 325 restaurants and 200 delivery drivers to offer the same menu and prices as restaurants. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
RaftUp is a community-based location-aware safety app for recreational boating. Members can join other boaters to find or share favorite points of interest, friends and rafters, and businesses to make their next expedition on the water safer, more fun and adventurous.
