Fountain Lake Monument serves with 'care and compassion'

"Fountain Lake Monument Inc. would like to thank all of their customers for 15 great years. Not only for your business, but for your trust and continued referrals," said Mitch Tipton in the release.

Tipton, the owner of Fountain Lake Monument Inc., had around 20 years of experience in the monument industry before opening his doors in 2001.

"My motivation for opening Fountain Lake Monument came when I felt that people were being taken advantage of with high-priced monuments. Knowing firsthand how that feels, my goal became to help customers in a time of loss, not to take advantage of their grief," Tipton stated.

With his daughter, Pamela Gray, who now owns Creative Monument near Conway, Tipton started the business with care and compassion for all customers, keeping prices 30-40 percent below the competition.

Tipton now employees three people. David Gonyer III has worked at Fountain Lake Monument for more than four years and Matthew Brady is in his second year. "These two employees take ultimate pride in the quality and workmanship in the shop and in the cemeteries."

Sommer "Nikki" Tadlock is in her 11th month with the company. She assists customers with designing personalized memorials for their loved ones using advanced computer technology. She explains prices and many options available for every budget.

"With in-house designing, lettering and delivering of memorials, you know that you are receiving compassionate, one-on-one service, backed by the 100 percent satisfaction guarantee," states Tipton.

Let the staff at Fountain Lake Monument Inc. gently guide you through the memorial buying process. "You will see that they care about you, not how big your pocketbook is. At Fountain Lake Monument Inc., it really is 'From our Family to Your Family Because We Care'."
