An open house for Lindell Square, 320 Ouachita Ave., will be held from noon to 4 p.m. June 4. Live music, light snacks and tours will be available to view the available suites and office spaces.
The first Artist Market in The Grotto will also take place at ground level at Lindell Square, where local artists will be on site displaying various works. Lindell Square leases small office spaces, artist studios, gallery space and large business suites and is home to the Colorado Grill.
"Three years ago, the property was devastated by burst pipes during an ice storm. Since then the owner and management have worked hard to restore this beautiful property. Now it's time to show it off," Victoria Meyers said in a news release.
Lindell Square is the historic Hammond Hotel and The Historic Susky Department Store reborn, the release said. The Hammond has been recently remodeled and is even more beautiful than ever. The original skylights bring in natural light to both the second and third floors all day long. The exposed brick outer walls coupled with the multitude of charming antique windows, high ceilings and new dark wood bamboo floors gleam with a quiet elegance.
The Grotto at Lindell Square is the newest small event venue in historic downtown Hot Springs National Park, perfect for any small gathering and is available during the fall, spring and summer.
