Cheap Chopped

The program hosted the event for students in the Food Prep II class. Three teams competed using mystery ingredients for an entree and a dessert. Students were required to utilize the culinary and presentation techniques they learned during the fall and spring semesters. The contest was similar to a popular television show. The cooking was timed and students had access to a pantry of ingredients.
