Taste of India (Authentic Indian Cuisine) encompasses a variety of regional and traditional cuisines of native India.
"The food is categorically delicious, its flavors are complex, oscillating between sweet, savory and spicy. Its textures meld creamy sauces with doughy breads and tender meat and vegetables to make the hope of dreams," states the release. Each of the spices is uniquely placed in its recipe to shape the flavor-sharing pattern.
Taste of India serves a variety of savory recipes from India's rich tapestry of culture and culinary traditions. All the dishes are lean, low in fat and healthy. "We recommend you visit and sample all our dishes."
Taste of India offers a lunch buffet that is open from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Taking advantage of the lunch buffet allows the patrons to try many items so that they can discover the flavors that they like the most. There are also lunch specials on weekdays where customers can select their favorite entree and in the price of entree, they get to pick a select appetizer and bread.
Dinner is from 5-10 p.m., six days a week. Taste of India is closed on Mondays.

The Tandoor items are an assortment of chicken, lamb and shrimp that are individually marinated, delicately seasoned and roasted, then brought to the table sizzling. A very popular and tasty entree is the chicken tikka masala. The lamb is a great choice, and freshly prepared and very tender. Any dish can be ordered from mild to any level of heat. All entrees are served with rice.
A specialty of Taste of India's biryani is that basmati rice is simmered with spices and the customer's choice of vegetables or any kind of meat.
