Dear editor:
In honor of Kera Moreno, a student who last weekend lost her life in a tragic car accident, the Cutter Morning Star family will host a balloon release in recognition of her 10th birthday at 5:15 p.m. Monday, just prior to kickoff of the Eagles Pee Wee football game. As her favorite colors are turquoise, purple and pink, fourth-grade students will release balloons of those colors. The school will provide a white balloon for any donation to help with the expenses of the family. All are welcome.
