Director protest

A protest against District 5 City Director Rick Ramick preceded the Hot Springs Board of Directors' agenda meeting and interviews with candidates for Hot Springs mayor on Tuesday at City Hall. Following the agenda meeting, the board met in executive session to interview the candidates for mayor. A decision had not been reached by presstime. The demonstration was in protest of Ramick serving despite questions about his residency.
