Justin Chappell, of Hot Springs, volunteers during the city's annual e-Waste Collection Drive at the Hot Springs Convention Center Friday afternoon. The free event, where people can dispose of e-waste including televisions, computers, printers, plotters, and modems without leaving their vehicle, continues from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today. By 2 p.m. Friday, about 95 vehicles and two trailers had stopped by to unload electronic waste, said Randy Atkinson, Hot Springs Sanitation Department director.
