Police said multiple warrants have been issued for Marcus Tre Bland, 20, and Djuan Goodman, 21, both of Hot Springs. Bland and Goodman are wanted for kidnapping, a felony punishable by up to life in prison, aggravated assault, a felony punishable by up to six years in prison, and theft of property, a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail.

Shortly before 8 p.m. Nov. 8, officers responded to Kroger, 3341 Central Ave., to a reported kidnapping and made contact with the victim, who said she had been kidnapped by two known suspects, Cpl. Kirk Zaner said in a news release.

The victim, who is not being identified, said duct tape was placed on her hands, feet, mouth and eyes, and she was placed in the back seat of a vehicle and driven away. She said the vehicle eventually stopped, and she could see lights through an opening in the duct tape covering her eyes.

She said she managed to open a door and flee when the vehicle stopped. A witness reported the suspects fled the area after the victim exited the car screaming. The witness described the suspect vehicle as a gold BMW.

Anyone with information on Bland or Goodman is asked to call the Hot Springs Police Department at 321-6789, the release said.
