Dear editor: Traveling alone on Feb. 9 from the Little Rock Airport on Interstate 30 between highways 70 west and 270 west to Hot Springs, at 10:30 p.m., I got a flat tire. I called 911 to get a telephone number for a wrecker to tow me in for repair. The 911 operator connected me to the Arkansas State Police. Within 12 minutes, Trooper Sawyer of the Arkansas State Police pulled in behind me and quickly changed my tire.
