Voise received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his gastroenterology fellowship at Oklahoma State University Medical Center in conjunction with Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, Okla. Voise is board certified in internal medicine, and completed his internal medicine residency at Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa.
