Fourth-grade students in Ellen Agre's literacy class at Lakeside Intermediate School joined with their pen pals from Garrett Woods for a party on Valentine's Day. Students and residents participate in a yearlong Pen pal project to learn about each other and students practice their writing skills. They held a Christmas exchange in December and plan to meet again for an Easter Egg Hunt and a luncheon at the end of the school year.
