The Hot Springs Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 4 p.m. Wednesday at City Hall, 133 Convention Blvd.
The hearing is on a variance request by the Garland County Historical Society, 328 Quapaw Ave., to reduce the rear yard setback from 25 feet to 15 feet for an addition to the building.
