Hot Springs Village resident Court Mathey, right, was recently presented the 2016 Arkansas Faces of CASA Award by Garland County CASA Board President Gabriel Fisher. Mathey was being recognized for his work on behalf of children and families across Arkansas. He volunteers through the Garland County organization. Court Appointed Special Advocates represent children who have been removed from their home due to alleged neglect or abuse.
