Interventional cardiologist added to NPMC staff

National Park Medical Center welcomed board certified interventional cardiologist Dr. Troy Norred to its medical staff. Norred will practice alongside Drs. Jeffrey Tauth, Eric Bowen and Greg St. John at Hot Springs Cardiology Associates.

Norred attended East Central Oklahoma University prior to obtaining his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City. He completed an interventional cardiology fellowship at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans.

"I am very excited for the opportunity to join such a distinguished group of cardiologists," said Norred in the press release. "I will work alongside the entire Hot Springs medical community to continue the tradition of excellence in cardiovascular care to which the community of Hot Springs has grown accustomed."

Norred will be on staff at National Park Medical Center and be a part of the new, state-of-the-art Heart and Vascular Center of Central Arkansas.
