Relyance Bank announces change in HS market

Chuck Morgan, President and CEO of Relyance Bank, N.A., has announced Kristi Barger as Vice President and Senior Trust Officer of Wealth Management in the Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village Markets.

Barger has 30 years of experience in personal trust and probate administration, investment management, forensic accounting and estate/financial planning for high net worth clients and their families. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration, double major: Accounting and Finance, Southern Arkansas University. She is also a Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA).

Barger is a past member of the Hot Springs Downtown Rotary Club, chairing both scholarship and program committees, and past board member of Downtown Merchants Association, Women's Chamber, and Garland County CASA. She currently volunteers her time with Habitat for Humanity and Garland County United Way.
