Hot Springs Civitan Club announced its newest members, Cindy Reiter, left, and Holly Crisp. Civitans help people and "have fun doing it." It has a focus on helping people with developmental disabilities and funding research into illnesses of the human brain at the Civitan International Research Center. The local club has projects in the community with the focus of building good citizenship by providing volunteers dedicated to serving individual and community needs.
