Before Veterans Day, Akansa Chapter, NSDAR placed approximately 300 American flags honoring all veterans buried at CedarVale Cemetery in Hot Springs Village. Village Genealogy Society normally keep records on CedarVale Cemetery up to date. This year, DAR Daughter/VGS member Barb Pinkney updated and verified military service on the veterans buried there. Akansa DAR Daughters celebrated Pinkney's accomplishment and marked the graves of all veterans at CedarVale.
