Local women were awarded scholarships by the Hot Springs/Hot Springs Village branch of the American Association of University Women. The Scholarship Luncheon was held at Diamante Country Club. Recipients included Tina Graham, front left, Keanna Peck, Loren Frances, Elvira Murillo, Sheena Burrow and Yoselin Canos-Ramos; with John Hogan, back, president of National Park College. Not pictured are Alyssa Diggs, Hope Bratton, Jennifer Edwards, Terra Ford, Faith Bratton and Tasha Jones. AAUW's mission is to promote equity for women and girls, and encourage lifelong education and positive societal change.
