Willie Ruth "Baby Sister, Muh" Davis Perkins, age 80, of Hot Springs, passed away Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017.

She was born Dec. 23, 1936, in Malvern, to O'race Davis and Ruthie McGhee. They preceded her in death, as well as her husband, Robert Perkins Sr.; her brothers, Ray, Lethell, James Earl and Donnie Davis.

After receiving her GED, she continued her education and graduated in 1974 from the Ouachita School of Nursing. She worked for St. Joseph's Hospital, Hot Springs Nursing Home and as a private duty nurse.

She was a former member of Daisy Street Church of God In Christ and Gospel Mission Church of God In Christ. She attended Immanuel Christian Fellowship Church.

She loved to collect antiques, going to yard sales, cooking and growing flowers.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Peggy Henderson, of Conway, Linda (C.O.) Norris, of Hot Springs, Cynthia (Keith) Collins, of Memphis, Tenn.; Casey (Carolyn) Perkins, of Monticello, Ronald "Tite" Davis and Fred (Marilyn) Ellis, all of Hot Springs; one sister, Joyce (Arthur) Norman, of Dallas, Texas, and Franklin (Vanessa) Davis, of Malvern; 25 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017, at Mount Zion Baptist Church, 522 S. Banks St., Malvern, Ark. Burial will follow in Pearla Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
