A Hot Springs woman was arrested on multiple felony warrants late Tuesday stemming from an investigation into a burglary in Hot Springs Village last month.

Whitney Renee Bullock, 32, who lists a Halk Terrace address, was taken into custody around 9:15 p.m. and charged with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, punishable by up to life in prison, possession of drug paraphernalia, punishable by up to 20 years, possession of meth with purpose to deliver, possession of a firearm by certain persons, restricted firearm possession, theft by receiving, and possession of Xanax, each punishable by up to six years, and a misdemeanor charge of fleeing on foot.

Bullock, a previously convicted felon, appeared via video in Garland County District Court Wednesday morning and pleaded not guilty to all the charges. She remained in custody in lieu of $18,500 bond with a felony review hearing set for Oct. 30 to determine if the charges will be bound over to Garland County Circuit Court.

According to the affidavit, at around 9 a.m. Aug. 23 Hot Springs police Lt. Larry Patrick and Hot Springs Village Police Sgt. Lori Sill responded to a residence on Stover Street where Sill had reportedly located a generator stolen in a burglary in Hot Springs Village.

Upon their arrival, several suspects attempted to flee in vehicles, including Bullock, who was driving a gray Nissan Altima. When she was unable to leave due to other vehicles stopped in the driveway, Bullock allegedly exited the vehicle and fled on foot into the woods.

In the direction Bullock ran, Sill reportedly located a brown purse on the ground with suspected meth, baggies and a pistol inside.

In searching the Altima, officers reportedly found a vehicle instruction permit with Bullock's name on it, a loaded pink and black handgun that had been reported stolen, two small baggies containing approximately 6.1 grams of suspected meth, a baggie with three Xanax pills, a black pouch with numerous small clear baggies and $526 in cash.

The owner of the property told police Bullock had been staying in a camper behind his house, and he had rented the Nissan Altima to her, as well.
