HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE -- Jan Preston, of Plano, Texas, will speak at the Hot Springs Village Morning Connection spring fashion show, featuring Shiela Pratt, of Valley Rose Boutique, from 9:30-11 a.m. April 18 at Diamante Golf Club, 2000 Country Club Drive.
For those who have dreamed of writing their memoirs, but haven't a clue as how to begin, Preston will share five tips on how to write one's memoir. She will share how she transitioned from depression into a joy of life.
As a Stonecroft speaker, Preston shares her story in Texas and surrounding states. She is writing her first novel.
Pratt will host the Morning Connection spring fashion show, featuring a casual lifestyle collection of easygoing and comfortable styles made of natural fibers. She says in the press release, "Our 2018 spring collection is a celebration of life designed for women from all walks of life." Pratt and her husband opened Valley Rose Boutique with Jackie and Ron Moore.
HSV Morning Connection requires no membership or dues to attend the monthly meetings. Registration begins at 9:15 a.m. They welcome all area women to come for the breakfast buffet, inspirational speakers and fellowship -- all for $15, inclusive.
