Dear editor:
The Garland County Library hosted AARP Tax-Aide for the 19th year this 2018 tax season. With their help, AARP Tax-Aide was able to complete 1,800 tax returns for low- to moderate-income persons of Garland County.
This partnership would not be possible with out the extraordinary staff of the library lead by Director John Wells. He and his staff go out of their way to help us, help others in the community. During tax season, they get 50 to 100 calls per day asking questions about our Tax-Aide services. Our Tax-Aide success, without a doubt, would not be possible without the Garland County Library.
Myself and 22 other Tax-Aide volunteers thank them all very much.
