Arvest bank hires

3 mortgage lenders

LITTLE ROCK -- Arvest Bank has added three mortgage lenders to its teams serving the city of Hot Springs, and the Garland and Saline county areas.

Tammy Whitley has been hired as vice president/mortgage lending supervisor. Whitley will assist customers in determining which type of loan best meets their needs and will support mortgage loan officers in Saline and Garland counties.

Whitley has more than 28 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to being hired by Arvest Bank, Whitley was vice president/mortgage market manager for Bank of the Ozarks. She also was vice president/market manager for Regions Mortgage and owner/president of Union Equity Mortgage.

Whitley has been a member of the South Central Arkansas Realtors Association for more than 24 years and is a member of the Hot Springs Realtors Association. She is a native of Benton.

Racquel Martin will serve Arvest customers as a loan originator in the city of Hot Springs and Garland County areas. Martin is a native of Hot Springs, a member of the Hot Springs Board of Realtors and brings to her position more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

She previously was a loan originator at Bank of the Ozarks and Summit Bank.

Desiree Mann has been hired as a dual-purpose lender in the Saline County market where she will assist customers with construction and mortgage lending. Mann previously worked as a mortgage loan office for Bank of the Ozarks and Regions Mortgage. She did commercial, consumer, construction and mortgage lending at Union Bank of Benton. She has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

Mann is treasurer of the Saline Home Builders Association.
