The Hot Springs Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 4 p.m. Wednesday at City Hall, 133 Convention Blvd., to consider the following request:
• Boy's Club of Hot Springs Inc., 109 W. Belding, seeks a variance from requirements of H.S.C. Section 16-2-44(g) for maximum floor area ratio for a proposed land division of this parcel in R-4 (Medium/High Density Residential District).
