A Jessieville woman was arrested Thursday on a felony warrant for allegedly obtaining debit and credit card information from numerous customers at a restaurant last year and using the information to make purchases.

Lacy Lynn McKamie, 39, who lists a Little Blakely Creek Road address, was charged with financial identity fraud, a felony punishable by up to six years in prison.

McKamie remained in custody in lieu of a $5,000 bond and was set to appear Friday in Garland County District Court.

According to the probable cause affidavit, a Hot Springs Village man filed an identity fraud report with the Garland County Sheriff's Department on Aug. 8, 2017. He had purchased breakfast at McDonald's, 4447 Highway 7 north, on Aug. 6 and later learned that an employee, identified as McKamie, allegedly used his debit card information to purchase food from Domino's Pizza on Highway 7.

Surveillance footage from the McDonald's showed the customer, driving a white pickup truck, using the drive-thru window and making a purchase. McKamie took his debit card, then returned it. After the customer drove off, the video allegedly showed McKamie writing down the numbers of the debit card. After giving change to another customer, the video showed her reprinting the receipt from the previous transaction and placing the receipt in her pocket.

The same day, an employee at Wyles One Stop, 6003 Highway 7, reported that a woman entered the store and used the store phone to order a Domino's Pizza. The witness, after being shown the surveillance footage from McDonald's, identified the woman as McKamie.

The McDonald's manager told deputies McKamie was seen copying the debit and credit card information of 10 to 15 customers, and she was terminated.

The affidavit said McKamie was positively identified by comparing the video to her driver's license photo as well as being identified by management as an employee. A warrant for her arrest was issued Aug. 30, 2017.
