Dear editor:
A notice of Quiet Title action has been published in the legal section of The Sentinel-Record on July 22. Every property owner in the Westward Ho Heights subdivision has an interest in this request. I am writing in hopes that other property owners will contact me to request the court to reject this request for Quiet Title to a lot that was set aside for property owners without lake access to have a public park available for their use.
