We would like to invite everyone to a retirement reception honoring County Judge Rick Davis for his dedicated service to all the citizens of Garland County. The reception will be held on Dec. 14 at the Hot Springs Convention Center in Rooms 207 and 208, from 4-6 p.m. The event is sponsored by B&F Engineering, French Architects, Taylor Kempkes Architects, Tim Winston Builders Inc., Garland County Officials, Quorum Court Members, and County Employees. No taxpayersâ dollars are being used for this event. We hope to see everyone there.
