Medicaid plan's fate uncertain

LITTLE ROCK -- Arkansas' governor and legislative leaders hope to stay focused on the next state budget when they convene this week, but uncertainty looms about whether there will be enough support to keep the state's hybrid Medicaid expansion alive for another year.
