Arkansas Heart Hospital acquires Malvern clinic

MALVERN -- Arkansas Heart Hospital recently added the Malvern Diagnostic Clinic to its network of community clinics. Arkansas Heart Hospital Clinic-Malvern Diagnostic Clinic will continue to serve as a primary-care clinic and will now add cardiology to its list of service lines.

Arkansas Heart Hospital physicians will lead the Arkansas Heart Hospital Clinic-Malvern Diagnostic Clinic, along with Drs. Dylan Thaxton and Bruce K. Burton, and Amy Miller, APN. The clinic will offer cardiac care, including early-heart screenings, heart-disease testing, vein and vascular care and more.

Thaxton is a family practice specialist in Malvern. He attended and graduated from University of Arkansas College of Medicine in 2005, having more than 12 years of diverse experience, especially in family practice.

Burton is an internal medicine specialist in Malvern. He attended and graduated from University of Arkansas College of Medicine in 1978, having more than 39 years of diverse experience, especially in internal medicine.
