Emergency agencies work the scene of an overturned Garland County garbage semi truck Monday in the 2200 block of Cedarglade Road. The driver of the vehicle was headed west around 7:30 a.m. in the fully loaded tractor-trailer when he apparently lost control and it overturned, blocking the roadway The driver was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.
